M&J have committed to investing more than £250,000 to our training development programme and Training Centre every year.
We have 4 full time qualified Training Managers who are able to deliver successful training courses across the flat and pitched roofing disciplines of the roofing industry. We also provide 100’s of essential Health and Safety training courses.
CITB APPROVED TRAINING ORGANISATION
We are an approved training organisation provider, which is monitored, audited, and approved by the CITB. This means the training courses and qualifications we offer are of a high industry standard and assure the trainee of a long-term career in the construction industry.
OUR AIM IS TO BUILD A STRONGER MORE RESILIENT WORKFORCE WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY BY PROVIDING TRAINING THAT HAS BEEN QUALITY ASSURED BY CITB. ALL OPERATIVES THAT JOIN M&J WORKFORCE ARE FULLY COMPETENT AND QUALIFIED TO THE CORRECT LEVELS TO CARRY OUT THEIR DUTIES TO THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE STANDARD.
