Work Experience – If you would like to gain roofing experience in our purpose-built Training Centre or try office work for the first time at our head office in Bedford, then get in touch.
We can deliver career talks and interactive demos.
The M&J Group are supporting local schools with construction & roofing work experience days, preparing them for future apprenticeships and future proofing the next generation of workforce. This year we have had students attend roofing work experience within our CITB approved Training Centre. We have welcomed students from The Bedford Academy, Redbourne, Biddenham and Wootton upper schools.
We have also provided numerous career talks to local Schools and Colleges, including Moulton College and Bedford Academy.

During the course of 2025 we aim to to evolve into a supporting provider, extending our training services to external employers and their apprentices.
